What this website stores

This website has no customer accounts and no database of visitors. It does not set advertising or analytics cookies.

One cookie is used to remember your language choice between visits. Nothing else is stored in your browser.

If you open a map on the Locations page, that map is loaded from Google and Google may set its own cookies at that point. Nothing loads from Google until you choose to open it.

Information you send us

When you submit the pickup or contact form, the details you enter are emailed to our team. They are not written to a database on this website.

We use those details only to answer your enquiry and arrange the service you asked for. We do not sell them and we do not add you to a mailing list.

If you contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation is held in WhatsApp under their terms, not ours.

Your garments and your data

In branch, we record your name, phone number and the items you leave with us so we can return them to you. That record is kept for as long as we need it for the order and for any subsequent claim.

You may ask us what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to the address below.
